• Active monitoring before things go wrong, involves regular inspection and checking to insure that your standards are being implemented and management controls are working.
• Reactive monitoring after things go wrong investigating injuries, cases of illness, property damage and near misses identifying in each case why performance was sub-standard.

Maintenance

We have work shop for maintenance fire fighting( track &ambulance) also we have another work shop for maintenance fire fighting loop and fixed & moving equipments for fire fighting system.

The company has a specialized training center of fire fighting and safety equipped with various training facilities. Training programs for fire fighting, safety and rescue works (Practical / theoretical).Practical training in a training yard of about 13000 m².

With the standard on clean agent fire extinguishing system NFPA 2004 to be used in Accordance with environmental protection agency ( EPA ) FM200 ( HFC – 227ea ) it is produced under iso 9002.

Exposure To FM200 at the design concentration of 6.4 % and up to 9 % is not hazardous to health environmental - Ozone Depletion ( ODP ) zero.

• Main Mission of Environmental sector to protect human health and increasing Environmental performance between petroleum ministry and environment ministry it has been waking for cleaner production and healthier environment for the employees.
• One of the HSE main objectives to recognize and Encourage higher environmental Performance among private industries which compliance with environmental law 4 /1994 and other environmental regulation to achieve environmental excellence.
• Further HSE sector participated into Egyptian pollution Abatement project part 2 (EPAPIT) to improve the environmental performance, increase with standards of Egyptian environmental law and regulations.

• Industrial sewage water treatment for unit chlorine plant.
• Replace the existing Filter press by new one.
• Rehibitation of section 600 for VCM plant.
• Continuous monitoring for stack Emissions and connect to the network of EEAA. On the other side the HSE sector duties Providing predioc health care for Employees.
• Monitoring the different Emissions for (Cl2-VCM,PVC) plant to reach compliance status.
• Following the electromagnetic field intensity, noise, lighting intensity in the environmental law.

Finally there is update to environmental register with new measurements which compliance with environmental law (4) and other regulations.
